Let my prayer be counted as Incense before You,
and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice!  ---Psalm 141.2

“And another angel came and stood at the altar with a golden censer, and he was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne,
and the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints,
rose before God  from the hand of the angel.  Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.” ---Rev. 8.3-5

PRAYER STARTER ~ Week 1
God wants to answer prayer in such a way that He will be glorified.  He wants our lives to be billboards upon which He can advertise Himself.  He wants our lives to be stages upon which He can perform.  He wants our lives to be trophy cased in which He can display His mighty deeds.

“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor Me” – Ps. 50.15
  • Abba, thank You for granting me access to Your Throne.
  • I can call upon You when I am in trouble and I will be heard in heaven!
  • Thank You for the promise of Deliverance!
  •  I honor YOU Lord!
  •  Be glorified in my life today!
  •  Everywhere I go and in all that I do, let Your Name be made known in and       through my life!
  •  Show me Lord…how can I advertise You today?
  •  Remind me of the mighty deeds You have accomplished in my life that I can      share with someone    else, to encourage them …
  •  Live in me!  Walk with me!  Speak to my heart…speak through my words…     use me!

PRAYER ACTION POINT ~ Week 1
“I thank my God every time I remember you…”   –- Philippians 1.3
This  week, as you journey with the Holy One of God, practice using  “Prayer Triggers.”  Let even fleeting thoughts of your friends, loved ones, church family, co-workers, and “enemies” turn into prayer for them.  In other words, when miscellaneous thoughts of people, rise up in your heart and mind, let them continue to ascend (like incense) into the prayer chambers of Heaven, where the bowls are kept (see Rev. 5.8) and answers are released into the earth realm!  The prayer can be something as simple as breathing the Name, “Jesus.”  Let the Spirit lead you.  Don’t rush out of His Presence.  Linger there until the burden lifts!  Your Father is pleased with your commitment to be – an Intercessor!
See you in the Throne Room…
